Update Spring 2024: In my short time at the firm and my role, I have already seen the successful launch of 2 new features from ideation to release, leading to our daily user count climbing to over 40k daily users and surpassing set yearly goals.
In the fall of 2023, I rejoined the Astro team full-time as a lead AI Product Manager, continuing my role from the previous summer. Currently, I own several epics tailored towards creating user-facing AI tools that optimize PwC employees' daily activities while focusing on driving execution to meet stakeholder demands.
During the summer of 2022, I joined PWC as an AI Product Manager Intern in New York City. I worked with PwC's internal Astro Product team. Astro is an AI assistant that helps PwC's employees run the day and enhance productivity with a simple voice or text request by integrating with the firm’s systems.
During my time, I built, researched, and led the development of analytics tools for our site admins who use Astro as a chatbot. Alongside this project, I had the opportunity to contribute to the team by uncovering gaps in our product and leading the development of solutions from idea to implementation.
